The BEST Lemon Cake!


A lemon cake...so moist and the refreshing lemon taste is perfect on a summer day.
It is delicious and so easy to make!

All you have to do is combine and mix the following ingredients:
1 package of lemon cake mix
1 package of lemon gelatin
¾ C. water
4 eggs
¼ tsp. salt

Then pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan and bake it at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Then prepare the glaze for when the cake comes out of the oven.

To make the glaze, stir together the following ingredients:
1 cup + 2 tbsp sifted powdered confectioner sugar
Juice & grated rhyne of 1 lemon

Let the cake cool a bit before gently drizzling the glaze over the cake.
